This makes 2 more failed fosters for Linda Wellman. 
​She will make these babies so happy.

Jumping Joanie…jumped right into the heart of her foster mom.
Foster Mom Denise has made such a connection with Joanie. Joanie has had a rough time, but is on the mend. Foster Mom decided that Joanie was already in her forever home and finalized paper work in December.  What a wonderful Christmas present for this girl!
It's what we call a FAILED ATTEMPT AT FOSTERING and we at Hands to Paws loves this kind of failure!
